2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as the type and purpose of their use

a) Beim Besuch der Website

Beim Aufrufen unserer Website https://esnetwork.de werden durch den auf Ihrem Endgerät zum Einsatz kommenden Browser automatisch Informationen an den Server unserer Website gesendet. Diese Informationen werden temporär in einem sogenannten Logfile gespeichert. Folgende Informationen werden dabei ohne Ihr Zutun erfasst und bis zur automatisierten Löschung gespeichert:

Diese Daten werden von uns zu folgenden Zwecken verarbeitet:

  • Gewährleistung einer komfortablen Nutzung unserer Website,

  • Auswertung der Systemsicherheit und -stabilität sowie

  • für weitere administrative Zwecke.

Die Rechtsgrundlage für die Datenverarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Unser berechtigtes Interesse folgt aus den oben aufgelisteten Zwecken zur Datenerhebung. In keinem Fall verwenden wir die erhobenen Daten zu dem Zweck, Rückschlüsse auf Ihre Person zu ziehen.

b) Bei Nutzung des Kontaktformulars und weiterer Formulare

Für Anfragen jeglicher Art bieten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit, über ein auf der Website bereitgestelltes Kontaktformular Kontakt mit uns aufzunehmen. Hierbei sind die Angabe einer gültigen E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer erforderlich, um die Anfrage zuzuordnen und beantworten zu können. Weitere Angaben können freiwillig getätigt werden.

Die Datenverarbeitung zum Zweck der Kontaktaufnahme erfolgt gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO auf Grundlage Ihrer freiwillig erteilten Einwilligung.

Die über das Kontaktformular erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten werden nach Erledigung der Anfrage automatisch gelöscht.

Zudem bieten wir die Möglichkeit, über folgende Formulare Kontakt aufzunehmen: New Customer Form, RMA Form, Switch Request Form, Router Request Form, New Vendor Form, Sell to us Form und Routenplaner.

Bei Nutzung des jeweiligen Formulars sind bestimmte Angaben notwendig, um die Anfrage zuzuordnen und beantworten zu können. Weitere Angaben können freiwillig getätigt werden.

  • New Vendor Form: Erforderlich sind Name, Anschrift, Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse.

  • Sell to us Form: Erforderlich sind Vor- und Nachname, Unternehmensname, Anschrift, Telefonnummer, E-Mail-Adresse und Verkaufsdetails.

Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO, sofern Sie Ihre Einwilligung erteilt haben. Die erhobenen Daten werden nach Erledigung der Anfrage automatisch gelöscht.

Routenplaner: Für die Nutzung des Routenplaners zur Planung des Weges zu uns müssen Sie den Ausgangsort und das Ziel eingeben. Diese Daten werden vom Kartendienst Google Maps der Google Inc. verarbeitet. Durch die Nutzung von Google Maps können Informationen über Ihre Nutzung (insbesondere die IP-Adresse Ihres Rechners) an Google Inc. in den USA übertragen und dort gespeichert werden. Die Verarbeitung basiert auf Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Auf die weitere Verarbeitung der Daten durch Google Inc. haben wir keinen Einfluss. Bitte beachten Sie die Nutzungsbedingungen von Google Maps. Falls Sie nicht mit der Datenverarbeitung durch Google einverstanden sind, verzichten Sie bitte auf die Nutzung der Karte oder deaktivieren JavaScript in Ihrem Browser.

Für alle Anfragen bieten wir Ihnen zudem die Möglichkeit, über unsere E-Mail-Adresse Kontakt aufzunehmen.

Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt auf Ihre Anfrage hin und ist nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO erforderlich, um den Auftrag angemessen zu bearbeiten und die gegenseitigen Verpflichtungen zu erfüllen.

Die für die Auftragserfüllung erhobenen personenbezogenen Daten werden gemäß den gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bis zu zehn Jahre nach Ablauf des Kalenderjahres, in dem der Vertrag beendet wurde, gespeichert und anschließend gelöscht, es sei denn, es bestehen weitere gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten oder Sie haben einer darüber hinausgehenden Speicherung zugestimmt.

b) Data protection regulations for PayPal as a payment method

The person responsible for processing has integrated PayPal components on this website. PayPal is an online payment service provider. Payments are processed via so-called PayPal accounts, which represent virtual private or business accounts. 6. Social media plug-ins and Jivochat

​We use social plugins from the social network Facebook on our website based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f of the GDPR in order to make our company better known. The underlying advertising purpose is to be viewed as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation must be ensured by the respective provider. We integrate these plug-ins using the so-called two-click method in order to best protect visitors to our website.

Our website uses social media plugins from Facebook to make their use more personal. For this we use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. This is an offer from Facebook.

In our live chat you have the opportunity to get in direct contact with our employees in the form of a real-time chat. In order to use the chat, no personal information is required. Your IP address will be anonymized in accordance with legal regulations. The chat history is saved and evaluated anonymously.
